KADREA JUNIOR DRAGON'S DEN WAS SUCCESSFULLY HELD ON APRIL 04:
One of the most awaited events in our community was held on the 4th of April at Thompson Rivers University. Junior Dragon's Den is a collaboration between Junior Achievement of British Columbia and Community Futures Thompson Country to bring entrepreneurship competition to Kamloops. KADREA was the Title sponsor for this event that saw over 300 students participate.

CREA AGM 2019 HELD IN OTTAWA:
The CREA AGM and Leadership Summit, held this month, was packed with elections, rule amendments, awards, discussions and presentations. The summit is designed to bring together industry leaders and stakeholders to discuss issues facing the future of real estate in Canada.

BCREA submit anti-money laundering recommendations to the government:
In support of the provincial government's initiatives to curb money laundering in real estate, the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) prepared recommendations in collaboration with other organizations representing real estate professionals including Appraisal Institute of Canada – BC Association, BC Notaries Association, Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association – British Columbia, and the The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
